ANGLI?S-VESTEY MERGER Following the recent merger between :W. Angliss and Company, Proprietary, Limited, Australia, and the Vestey interests, considerable extensions of buildings and plant will be carried out at the Footscray, Victoria, works of the company. Extensions, alterations, and plant are expected to cost about £IOO,OOO. It is expected that the work will be in progress from July onward, and that most of it will be finished before the export season is in full progress again about September. Considerable extensions are also being made to the Lake's Creek works, at Itockhampton, Queensland, and other extensions will follow at the Riverstone works, Sydney.
