The paper publishes a finely printed photograph of a Maori poi dance at Waitan»i. The caption beneath the illustration reads: "Sens and dance at the equator. On the island of Waitangi. in the New Zealand group, the poi dance celebrations cause considerable piideful rivalry. This group won the Te Rehia l'osebowl. presented by the wife of the Governor-General."
