GISBORNE SENTENCES
<rn*ss Aa»<>tUTlo» t GISBORNE. June 1. In the Supreme Court this morning, Moana Horua, lor carnal knowledge, was sentenced to nine months' reformative treatment. Thomas John Tapare, for a similar crime, was sentenced to four months' imprisonment, to be followed by two years' probation. Tiihiwai Parapara, for aggravated assault, was sentenced to two years' re-" formative detention, and Fred Crawford, for assault, to fwo months' imprisonment.
