The Holmglcn, due this morning from the south, will load and sail for Wellington, Nelson, Wanganui, New Plymouth, and Waikato. The Karetu is an expected arrival here this morning from Timaru. She is to load for Pieton. Auckland, and Rarotonga. The Storm is now due here to-mor-row from the south to load for Wellington. Pieton. and Wanganui. The Opihi should arrive hero tomorrow from Timaru and will sail in the afternoon for Wellington, Nelson, and New Plymouth. The Holmdale is to load at Lyttelton to-morrow for Wellington, Pieton, and Wanganui. The Foxlon is timed to load at Lyttelton on Wednesday for Foxlon. The Breeze is expected here on Sunday from Timaru and is to load on Tuesday for Wellington and Wanganri. The Poolta is to load at Lyttelton on Thursday for Napier and Gisborne. The auxiliary seow Fairburn. which arrived at Wellington on Tuesday morning from Nelson, will be laid up for about 10 days for overhaul. The collier Canopus is expected at Wellington next Monday from Westport. She will probably sail on Tuesday to complete discharge at Lyttelton.

STEAMER DELAYED AT LYTTELTON There has been no settlement of the dispute between the watersider.s and the Railway Department regarding the number of men to be employed iij sheeting trucks at the steamer Cambridge. and the vessel was again idle at Lyttelton yesterday. The local disputes committee met during the day but was unable to make a settlement. The Cambridge, which has Liverpool cargo for discharge, has now been delayed at Lyttelton for two days. LONDON'S SHIPPING During the week ended April 13, 1124 vessels, representing 897,669 net register tons, used the Port of London. Four hundred and seventy-seven vessels (700,150 net register tons) were to and from Empire and foreign ports, and 647 vessels (197,519 net register tons) were engaged in coastwise traffic. The arrivals included nine meat cargoes—three from Australia, one from New Zealand, th' ze from North America, and two from South America, comprising 226,000 carcases of lamb and mutton, 86,000 quarters of beef, quantities of pork, rabbits, and sundries.
