FOOD FOR POOR FAMILIES IN N.S.W.
GOVERNMENT ALLOTS £IO,OOO SYDNEY, May 26. The Premier (Mr B. S. B. Stevens) announced to-day that the Government has made available £IO,OOO to provide eggs, vegetables, fruit, honey, and cheese for needy families. ; Mr, Stevens said this special allocation was to give an additional supply to the poorer families and to provide assistance to primary . producers.
