FUNERAL
* . _* MR GEORGE JAMESON The funeral of Mr George Jameson, who died at his home in St. Albans on Monday, was held yesterday morning. The large number of friends and representatives of business and other organisations who attended indicated the high esteem in which Mr Jameson was held all over the province. The funeral left the home at 116 McFadden's road, the burial taking place at the Linwood Cemetery. Many wreaths and telegrams of sympathy were received by the family. The pall-bearers were Messrs J. O. Jameson and R. L. Jameson (sons). C. S. Thomas and W. W. Dunsterville (sons-in-law), S. W. Jameson (nephew), and C. C. Holland. The chief mourners were Mrs V. Jameson (widow) and members of the family. The service at the graveside was conducted by Canon Staples Hamilton.
