TENABLE AT CAMBRIDGE ] I Advice has been received by the j registrar of Canterbury College that a research studentship to the annual value of £l5O, open for competition by New Zealand graduates, has been offered by Emmanuel College, Cambridge. Applications will be received up to June 30, and the award of the scholarship will be made during Ji-ly, the successful candidate being required to take up residence m October this year. Evelusivriy for men. the studentship Is open only to those who are graduates of a university other than Cambridge, and who have completed at least a year's research work. i[ it can be shown to be necessary the successful applicant will be allowed to hold other scholarships or bursaries in conjunction with the Emmanuel College studentship which mav then be slightly reduced.
