The committee to investigate the charges of breach of privilege brought by Air Winston Churchill held a further meeting under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister (Mr Ramsay Mac Donald). Mr Churchill, who had been invited to appear before the committee to support, his allegations, attended. The meeting was held in private.
