DETECTIVE FIRED ON WHEN .MAKING ARREST LONDON, April 22. Thomas Percival Wood head was charged at Leeds on four counts of defamatory libel of their Honours Mr Justice Eve and Mr Justice Bennett, also with shooting at, with intent to murder, Detective Inspector Webster. Accused was remanded. [A message published yesterday reported that when detectives at Leeds attempted to arrest a man for an alleged libel on two of his Majesty's judges, the man produced and fired a weapon, but no one was injured.J
