PROTEST AGAINST ECONOMIES (Received April 22, 9.1 p.m.) PARIS. April 21. More lhan 1000 conimuni;-t unci socialist demonstrators were arrested when they vainly attempted to slorm the Town Hall as a protest against the economy decrees.
