GERMAN SCIENTISTS EXPERIMENT BERLIN. April 20. Emulating the Australian Aborigines, who found honey trees by gumming fluff to bees, which made it easy to follow their homeward flight, the well-known ap'ologist, Herr Bernhard Guehler. has successfully employed bees to convey messages minutely written on the finest paper and attached to their backs. He considers that this method, in wartime, would be an improvement on the use of carrier pigeons as interception of the carriers would be most unlikely.
