LONDON, Apiil 20. Dr. L. R. Broster, a Charing Cross Hospital surgeon, in his Hunterian Lecture to the Royal College of Surgeons, said he considered a neuter sex was being evolved rapidly. The emancipation of women, over-population, and the many factors in social life leading to race deterioration, were reacting on individuals. He described 15 cases of girls developing secondary male characteristics who were rendered normal by the removal of their adrenal glands.
