Marcli 26 An .iiiorinat.on laid by the Inspector of Mines against Alexander Boyd, described as a relief worker, of Christ - church, formerly of Dobson, charging him with making a false declaration on a gold dealer's book, was dismissec by Mr H. Morgan la the Warden* - Court this morrung. The warde: said the case had too much doubt about it: for a conviction to be entered. Boyd had been arrested at Chri«tchurch.
