"I will cive you another chance, but this las'.." said Mr Moslcy in ordering the accused to come up for sentence if called on within 1J months Morgan was ordered to refund the 10s to the probation olhcer within one month. INTOXICATED IN CHARGE Of CAR Joseph Roberts. aged 49 >ears. a hawker, of Kerr's road, was charged with being found intoxicated in charge of a motor-car in Hereford street. Senior-Sergeant ,T. Fox saio that about 5.50 p.m. on Friday accused was driving east along Hereford street and collided with another travelling south along Stanmore road. E-oth cars were damag'ed, though mi one was injured. When Constable Wilson arrived on the scene he found that the accused smelt of liquor and took him to the station. A doctor examined him there and said he was unlit to be in charge of a motor-car. though he was not badly all'ected by nrink. Roberts, who pleaded guilty, was lined AM and costs and his license was cancelled. He was allowed four weeks in which to pay, in default one month's imprisonment.
