If this is correct the Admiralty has at j length taken advantage of the ; clause in the London Naval Treaty 1 placing no check on the building of j ships not exceeding 2000 tuns and j limited to 20 knots and four six.- ; inch guns. Twenty of these useful ; sloops could be built for the price I cf four Leander cruisers. j
