j CONCERT AT NEW BRIGHTON The Young Women's and Young Mi i.'s Methodist Bible Classes gave a \ariety concert; including a nuisieai play. n> the Methodist School Hall, New Brighton, last evening. The Mavor of New Brighton 'Mr E A. M. Leaver) opened the concert 'commended the promoters on making such an eil'ort to raise funds to assist the Bible Class members to meet the expense of the Kaster camps. Mi Leaver madf special mention of Ihe splendid work done by the producer and organiser. Mr Ralph I lor ton. The 'members of the management committee were M<s>es C. Wavman, M. Grammer, Messrs A. Hewitt, J Roberts, and R. Hooker. The stage manager was Mr R. Rowan. Mr .1. A. Scott was in charge of the scenery and etl'i-cu and Mr R. I'epperill of the lightin;,'.
