Winds-South-east to east north of 1 Wesfport and Kaikoura. north-east thence southwards, strong to gale force .' in the far north, elsewhere moderate to fresh. Seas i New Zealand waters*—Hough north of East Cape, rather rough elsewhere on the cast coast, otherwise moderate.
