Goodwin, from Rio to I Zurich. Mr J. Lowdon, from Cologne to Rio. Mr H. McG. Bell, from Basle to Cologne. Sir Harold Saton is transferred from Beirut to Tunis. Mr Lomas, from Tunis to Salonika. Mr Havard, who has been Oriental Secretary at Teheran, and recently at the Department of Overseas Trade in London, is transferred to Beirut.
