NAZI STORM TROOPERS IN ENGLAND
CONTACT WITH BRITISH FASCISTS SOUGHT OFFICIAL ORDERS TO CO HOME LONDON, February 19. Two Nazi storm troopers, in full uniform, with swastika armbands, arrived at Croydon in a German aeroplane. They declare that they were invited to stay eight days in England by a Mr Thomas in the hope of making contact with British Fascists. Otherwise they are extremely reticent. German officials declare that the Nazis, one of whom is commander of one of Herr Hitler's bodyguards, came to England on their own initiative, and will be returned immediately to Germany.
