Since the breaking-up of the camp at Wainui, which was organised by the Young Men's Christian Association, the secretary (Mr A. J. MeEldowney) has received many letters of appreciation from parents of the boys who spent part of their school holidays at the camp. The mother of two of the boys, who were among the youngest in camp, in expressing her appreciation, says that the boys were evidently in excellent hands as they had returned home looking the picture of health and they had enjoyed every moment they spent in the camp. "You will be glad to know," she adds, "that the boys have put on weight besides growing taller. I am glad we can trust our boys to you and I consider that that trust lias been amply reworded."
