OLYMPIA ADVERTISING EXHIBITION
QIEEN MARY'S INTEUKST IN NEW ZEALAND HANMER, February 14. At the annual meeting of the New Zealand section of the Empire Press Union interesting reference to the Imperial Advertising Marketing Exhibition at Oiympia was made by Mr Henry Ilorton, one of the New Zealand delegates, who elated tha'. Ihc organisation of the exhibition was excellent and did much to stimulate the interest of the public jn advertising. Major Asior, aided by a very powerful committee, made a great .success of the affair. During her visit to Oiympia Queen Mary showed her interest in the overseas Dominion by inspecting the New Zealand stands and making enquiries about the Dominion's welfare. The next conference of the Empire Press Union would be held in 1935 in South Africa, and the wish had been expressed that New Zealand should again be strongly represented. The question of the selection of delegates might have to be decided before the next annual meeting and the committee might lake the matter in hand for the September meeting in Wellington.
