Fresh havoc in Nepal has been caused by further earthquake shocks. The inhabitants of the Nepal valley, already sorely stricken, are in a state of terror, while hundreds of people are fleeing from Khatmandus. The town of Kirtipur is completely submerged by floods. Drastic measures are being taken to deal with the situation. Eightyone thieves have been shot for looting. The Maharajah and Premier of Nepal left for New Delhi to discuss the situation with the Government of India. . Shocks have also been lelt in towns in the north of Bihar, particularly Silannahi. where the earth cracked and wafer gushed out, and houses collapsed. No deaths are reported.
