GOVERNMENT FORCES READY SERIOUS OUTBREAKS NOT EXPECTED PARIS, February 11. Tivj Government's forces arc Joacly for any emergency arising f.'om the strike. Twenty-seven thousand police, the full strength ••I the Mobile Guards and Republican Guards, and 18.000 cavalry and infantry are ready. Nevertheless, serious, outbreaks are not anticipated. It is expected that any trouble there is will probably be due to the communists, who were solely responsible for the rioting on Friday. The socialists have called a mass meeting, after which they will march to the Place de la Nation. The communists have decided to meet at the same place, so that there may be trouble. Parisians are accumulating tinned provisions. Street transport should Hot entirely be suspended as stud«nts and engineers are prepared to run motor-buses and underground trains.
