Giving evidence in a case in which her husband, Richard Neylon, sought an injunction to prevent Henry King selling the racehorse Metallurgy, which Neylon claimed was the subject of a partnership with King, Mrs Ellen Neylon alleged that outside the court King had offered her £ 1000 not to allow the case to go on. The case is unfinished.
