CANTERBURY CENTRE ' I The Christchurch Bowling Centre j held its monthly meeting last night ! Mr F. D. Muirson presided. It was decided to inform clubs that till rules must be strictly enforced. Many members had complained that in championship matches players did not always adhere to the "foot behind the line" rule. The reports of the match committee and of the delegate to the halfyearly meeting of the New Zealand Bowling Association were received. On. the notice of motion of Mr R. G. Morrison it was decided to amend the rules of the centre as follows: — "Wherever the word 'club' or 'members of a club' is used it shall be deemed to 'include only male members of such club.'"
