POLITICAL AMNESTY IN JAPAN
CELEBRATION OF BIRTH OFj CROWN PRINCE TOKYO, February 7. A sweeping amnesty for 30,000 prisoners, including Mr Hamuguchi's assassin, Sa'goya, whose death' sentence will be commuted to life imprisonment, will be proclaimed on National Foundation Day, February 11, on the occasion of the celebration of the birth of the Crown Prince.
