CHARGES AGAINST YOUNG MEN MOST FOREIGNERS BACK AT WORK PERTH, February ti. I Twenty-lour men appeared in the Kalgoorlie Police Court, and 10 youths in the: Children's Court, on charges arising from the rioting last week. Ail the accused are youthful and not one is a miner. They were remanded. Most of the foreigners have now returned to work. Only 50 are receiving food supplies, compared with 350 last week.
