* ANNUAL MEETING OF THISTLE CLUB The annual general meeting of the Thistle Association Football Club was held in the club room last evening The election of officers resulted as follows: —Patron, Mr Telford; president, Mr James Aitken; acting-vice-presi-dents, Messrs Geo. Buist and R. Dick; honorary secretary. Mr W. Gray; honorary auditor, Mr Hugh Johnston; club captain, Mr Geo. Sutherland; management committee, Messrs P Donaldson, A. Walker, W. Campbell R. Bruce, and C. Grieve; selector and trainer for the senior team, Mr W, Wardell; for junior team, Mr P. Donaldson; delegates to Canterbury Football Association, Messrs A. Walker and G. Sutherland: honorary reporter iMr M. B. Mitchell.
