CONCERT BY DERRY'S BAND
An interesting programme was given by Derry's Military Band, at the Edmonds band rotunda last evening. Although the weather was cold and wet quite a large number of persons sat in the shelter to enjoy the music. The items played were:—March, "Dunedin" (Alford); overture, "Lustspiel" (Keler-Bela); flower song, "Alpine Rose" (Lincoln); fox-trot, "They All Start Whistling Mary" (Leslie); cornet duet, "Ida and Dot" (Losey), Bandmaster A. Heath and Mr C. Joughin; valse, "Merry Widow" (Lehar); march, "Sons of the Brave" (Bidgood); serenade, "On the Edge of the Lake" (Coates); march, "St. Louis Cadets" (Laurnedeau).
