BRITISH AIRCRAFT ABROAD
DE HAVILLAND COMPANY'S SUCCESS (pnnisn ofku'im. v.iuf.i.ess.) (Received December 8, 7.5 p.m.) RUGBY, December 7. Eight aeroplanes constructed for the Egyptian Government in England have arrived at Cairo, their landing being witnessed by King Fuad. Orders have been placed by Denmark, Portugal, and Spain for De Havilland Tiger Moth light aeroplanes to be used for training service pilots. Four have been ordered by Spain, seven by Denmark, and 10 by Portugal. Denmark has also ordered twinengined Dragon biplanes modified for military purposes.
