Colville, Parliamentary Secretary to the Department of Overseas Trade, said that Mr Walter Runciman, president, of the Board of Trade, would make an announcement on trade with Russia as soon as the negotiations now taking place were completed, but he could not say when that would be. Progress was being made and every effort would be used to bring the discussions to completion as early as possible.
