(USfOTSD TRESS ASSOCIATIOK—BT SLXCTSIO TEUGRAPH— COFIBIOHT.) CHICAGO, November 27. Joel Sibner, aged three years and a half, was to-day accidentally hanged by a telephone cord. While his mother was away for a few minutes shopping the youngster went to the bathroom for a stool, which he pushed to the telephone into which he was accustomed to talk when held up by his parents. He climbed up and when the stool upset the lad was choked by the cord.
