_..—o PROPAGANDA ALLOWANCE LONDON, November 26. The Geneva correspondent of the "Manchester Guardian" says that a German Treasury statement shows aviation expenditure at £5,000,000 for 1933, compared with £2,500,000 in 1932. For propaganda £480,000 is allowed, compared with £95,000 last year.
