START LIKELY ON WEDNESDAY POSTPONEMENT 1)1 E TO OVERHAUL (Received November 28, 1.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, November 27. Mr C. T. P. Ulm will not leave j for his Tasinan (light to-morrow J morning, but he has every hope of I setting out at 2 a.m. on Wednesday, weather permitting. He will fly to Richmond, his starting point, tomorrow. Weather reports are favourable at present, but he is held up by minor details in the overhaul of the I machine.
