+ The same number of infectious and other notifiable diseases were reported in the Canterbury and West Coast health districts for the week which ended at noon yesterday as were reported the previous week. The total was 11, as follows:—Canterbury: Scarlet fever, one; enteric fever, one; tuberculosis, three; puerperal sepsis, one; puerperal fever (not ordinary), one; lead poisoning, one; eclampsia, one. West Coast: Scarlet fever, one; diphtheria, one. No deaths from infectious diseases were reported. " .. . i ■ ■" ■ ,:%....jim
