"LAUGHTER AND SUNLIGHT" (num. otrn cm* costnissroKfiiHT.) LONDON, October 19. Lord Wakefield, speaking at the stone laying at Farringtons School Chapel, Chislehurst, Kent, recalled "the profoundly wise counsel" given to him as a young man by Robert Louis Stevenson in Samoa.
