CATHEDRAL ORGAN RECITAL

Dr. Bradshaw will give an organ recital at the Cathedral on Thursday evening next at 8 o'clock. Miss Lillian Hanham will sing two sacred solos. The following is the programme:—Trumpet Tune and Air (Furcell); Finale (Presto) from the Organ Sonata in G (Op. 28) (Elgar); soprano solo, "Thou Didst Blow," from "Israel in Egypt" (Handel); Largo in D, from the Second Pianoforte Sonata, and Minuet in D, from the Serenade for Strings and Flute (Beethoven); Grand Fantasia in F minor (Mozart); Prelude in C sharp minor for the Pianoforte (Rachmaninoff); soprano solo, "With Verdure Clad," from "The Creation" (Hadyn); Gavotte in F major (Samuel Wesley); Impromptu in F (Op. 78, No. 1) (Coleridge-Taylor).
