Lancaster. who left to fly to the Cape on April 12, may still be alive in a , remote spot in "the Senegal district j of the Sahara, living among half- j savage tribesmen as one of them- j selves. A French transport company says there is no doubt that a white man is living in those parts, but whether it is Captain Lancaster is not known, though it was reported that a white man "landed in an aeroplane month* ago.
