COLONIAL APPOINTMENT
(B/IMISD, Oi'fK'-I.M. V/nitiitcS ; (Received October 26, 7,10 p.m.) RUGBY, October 25. His Majesty the King has appointed Mr Gordon Letham, who has been secretary of the Northern Provinces in Nigeria since 1929, to be Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Seychelles in succession to Sir de Symons Honey, who has retired.
