AMERICAN COLLEGE OF SURGEONS CHICAGO, October 14. I At the annual convocation ceremonies of the College of Surgeons to-night Professor Allan was one of four who received honorary fellowships. Si:, hundred and twenty-two ordinary fellowships were conferred, among the recipients being Dr. Thomas D. McG. Stout, of Wellington. Other honorary fellowships were conferred on surgeon-generals of the American Army and Navy and on Professor Beckwith, of the White House.
