AMERICANS MOLESTED DEMAND FOR STRONGER MEASURES (Received October 13, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 12. Mr Dodd, of the American Embassy, has received instructions from Washington to make energetic representations regarding the molestation by Brown Shirts of Americans for failing to salute the Nazi flag.
