LECTURES CEASE

CANTERBURY COLLEGE To-day i s the last day of lectures at Canterbury College. From now till the end of the month students will enjoy a period of "relaxation" m which, to prepare for the degree examinations. Terms examinations for exempted students will start to-cUv and will continue till the end of the week. The annual degree examinations of the Univcisitv of New Zealand will be held between November 1 and November 17, after which t\v 1.) days' drawing examinations for mal-ycar engineering students will be held. The students' relaxation ball will be held to-night in the Winter Garden.
