UNEMPLOYED MARCHERS ARREST BY ULSTER POLICE (Received October 10, 7.10 p.m.) LONDON, October 10. Twenty-two Dublin unemployed, whose plan to march to Belfast had been vetoed by the Ulster Government as likely to provoke disorders, contrived to enter Ulster during a storm at night. They were detained by the police.
