CONCERT AT ST. PAUL'S

A large attendance enjoyed the concert arranged by Mr G. M. Smith and held in St. Paul's Church School Hall on Wednesday, when the Rev. Alan C. Watson presided. Items were contributed by each organisation of the church, the programme being as follows:—Solo, Mr G. M. Smith; mission scene, Busy Bees; demonstration of women's Indian costumes, Miss Christina Henderson explaining the various dresses (item by Presbyterian Women's Missionary Union and Ladies' Association); descriptive scene of missionary work in India, China, and New Hebrides, Sunday School scholars; playette, Young Women's Bible Classes; descriptive meeting, Young Men's Bible Class; part song, choir; readings, the Rev. Alan C. Watson; radio broadcast, session of management.
