THE CHURCH ARMY

SPECIAL CAMPAIGN ARRANGED When its mission has been carried to all parts of the Canterbury diocese the Church Army Column will conduct at the end of April a big concluding campaign in Christchurch. There will be a series of open-air services including lunch-hour meetings, and on the Friday of the third week in April the campaign will be brought to a close with a great united procession of witness through the main streets and to the Cathedral, where a thanksgiving service will be held. The Church Army Column is at present conducting big missions in South Canterbury at Timaru, Fairlie, and Pleasant Point. It will be in Lyttelton in October and in Christchurch from November 6 to.
