STIRLING POINT BUOY The Marine Department advises that the Stirling Point lighted buoy has been replaced after overhaul, according to a message received from the Bluff Harbour Board. THE CANADIAN CONSTRUCTOR The Canadian Constructor, which left Bluff on August 9, arrived at Panama on Monday and sailed on Tuesday for New York.
