ASHBURTON SOCIETY FESTIVAL CONTINUED j The attendances were well maintained at the sessions of the Ashburton Competitions Society's ninth annual festival yesterday, great interest being taken in the Tucker Trophy piano championship, sight-reading, and own selection classes. The recalls for the final this evening were announced. The programme was augmented by two items by Mr C.
