MISSING STALKER.
NO TRACE OF WHEREABOUTS. At a late hour last night the Christchurch police had received no news of the missing Christchurch man, Thomas Frederick Imeson, who left Kaikoura apparently with the intention of going on a deer-stalking trip, but who has not yet returned to his home. : Imeson motored to Kaikoura, and leavhis motor-car in a garage there, left the town on July 3. It is stated that he had said that he intended to meet a musterer in the vicinity of Moles- 1 worth, Marlborough, with whom he 1 would stalk deer. When Imeson did not return within a reasonable time, 1 the Kaikoura police started a search, ' but had found no trace of Imeson up i to a late hour last night. i 1 ANOTHER MAN MISSING. i Patrick Carey, aged 54, of 177 Fitz- j gerald avenue, left his home with his j bicycle at 9 a.m. on Saturday, saying ] nothing of his intention to go anywhere, and up till midnight last night, 1 had not returned, nor had anything c been seen or heard of him. Carey f is described as being about sft Bin ; in height, of medium build, with a 1 short moustache, and wearing a navy £ blue overcoat and suit, brown boots, i and a brown felt hat. He had a red c and black scarf, and an open-necked c black shirt. He ha* been receiving t medical attention for some time. t
