WRESTLER WARNED. (TXtSS ASSOCIATION TiLIGRAM.) GISBORNE, July 15. A separation order was issued by the magistrate this morning in a case in while a fragile girl, 19 years of age, told a remarkable story of domestic infelicity and persistent cruelty by her husband, an amateur wrestler. According to complainant's counsel the cruelty commenced on Christmas Day, a few days after their marriage last December, the defendant practising upon her holds he had learned in the art of wrestling. On one occasion he had given her an aeroplane spin, and recently, after boxing with her, he had picked her up and thrown her into a bath full of water. The magistrate gave the defendant a severe warning to keep away from his wife.
