The committee and staff of the New Brighton District High School launched a new venture very successfully last evening, when for the first time an entertainment was given by the pupils of the secondary department in the Premier Theatre. W. Hudson for taking charge of the box office, and Mrs I. M. Jack*;on for officiating at the piano. During the evening, Miss K. J.
